Ingredients:

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Split black gram (boiled) 125 gm
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 375 gm
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 10
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Oil 1 cup

 

Method:
In the beef add water, ginger garlic, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and onions. Cook well. Once the beef gets tender, grind tomatoes and add to the mixture. Then add ½ cup of oil. Cook well. Now add boiled split black gram and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Then add fresh coriander and green chilies. Now in a pan heat the remaining oil, add whole red chilies and coriander seed. Fry well and temper the lentil mixture. Lastly sprinkle all spice powder and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Rice ½ kg
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp

Method:
In a pan add 2 cups of water, cumin, salt and butter. Cook well. Once the mixture gets to boil add rice. Cover and cook well. Then in another pan heat oil and fry onion. Now add black pepper, bay leaves, green cardamoms, cumin and ginger garlic. Cook well. Then temper the rice with this mixture and mix well. Lastly add green chilies, fresh coriander and all spice powder. Serve hot.

  • Tuna 1 packet
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic (sliced) 4-5 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 6
  • Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander or parsley ½ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Oil as required

Method:
In the Tuna add salt and garlic paste. Mix well. Then heat oil and fry it well. Set aside. Now toast garlic and tomatoes. Then in a bowl add mayonnaise, vinegar, crushed black pepper, fresh coriander or parsley and salt. Mix well. Also add fried garlic and tomatoes. Mix well. Now add this mixture onto bread slices. Then add tuna mixture on top along with cheddar cheese. Now bake it in preheated oven on 180 c for 10 minutes. Lastly remove and serve hot.
