Karahi Mutthi Kabab & Resha kabab Recipe | Quick Recipes

Aren’t we all tired of the old Seekh Kabab and Shami Kabab recipes? Here are two recipes of Kababs that are unique, flavorful and easy-to-prepare. Give these a try!


  • Chicken mince                   ½ kg
  • Bread slices                        1
  • Green chilies                      5-6
  • Green coriander               ½ bunch
  • White pepper powder   1 tsp
  • Salt                                         1 ½ tsp
  • All spices powder             ¾ tsp
  • Oil                                          for frying
  • Oil                                           4 tbsp


Ingredients for Karahi:

  • Green chilies                      2-3
  • Tomato slices                    2
  • Onion rings                         2
  • Oil                                          4 tbsp
  • Green coriander               for garnishing
  • Salt                                         as required

Ingredients for Oil tempering:

  • Oil                                          2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies    2-3
  • Crushed garlic                    1 tbsp



  • Mix all kabab ingredients using a chopper until its well blend.
  • Now make small kabab make and fry in oil.
  • Then in a wok heat oil and fry onion, tomatoes slices and green chilies.
  • Spread kababs on top of these, fry vegetables a little more and on high heat fry tomatoes.
  • Dish it out.
  • For tempering heat oil, add long cut green chilies and crushed garlic.
  • Then add this oil tempering on top of the serving dish.
  • Finally garnish with green coriander and serve.


  • Beef 250 grams
  • Water 3 cups
  • Coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6 to 8
  • Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Kabab:

  • Boiled and grated potatoes 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed fried onion 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Coating:

  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Crushed vermicelli 1 cup



Make paste of garlic coriander and green chilies. Add ready paste in meat along with soya sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, chicken powder and water. Cook till beef is tender.
Mix boiled potatoes with fried onion. Add chopped green chilies and chopped coriander mix well. Form into kabab coat with egg then crushed vermicelli. Fry in hot oil. Remove and serve.
