Ingredients

  • Mutton boneless 1 kg small cubes
  • Ginger garlic pate 3 tbsp
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1½ tsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp grated
  • All spice 1 tsp heaped
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
 

Methods

  1. Wash mutton cut into 2 inch cubes
  2. Marinate with all the given ingredients for 1 hour.
  3. Put meat on skewers and roast in a pre-heated oven or BBQ brushing with oil
  4. Serve garnish with line lemon wedges.
