Ingredients for kofta:

  • Mince beef ½ kg
  • Seekh kebab masala 3tbsp
  • Bread soaked in milk 2 slices
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Almonds grinded 1 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 4

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Brown onion grinded 4 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped

Ingredients for rice:

  • Rice soaked ½ kg
  • Brown onion ¼ cup
  • Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1tsp

Method for kofta:
Marinate mince with all the given ingredients and chopperize well, make into balls, keep aside.

Method for rice:
Heat oil, add brown onion, mixed whole spices, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and water with salt, when boiling add rice, chicken powder, and leave it on dum. Lastly add kewra and remove.

Method for gravy:
Heat oil, add in all the given ingredients under gravy, fry well, add kofta, cook for 15 mins until done.

To serve:
Put rice in a platter, top with kofta, decorate with boiled egg wedges, coriander leaves, serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Self-rising flour 1 ¼ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Butter softened 3 ounce
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Almond essence ½ tsp
  • hazelnut 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk ¼ cup

Ingredients for ganache topping

  • Chocolate chips 6 ounces
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Corn syrup 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla ¼ tsp
  • Hazelnut toasted ½ cup

 

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180 d, put baking cups in muffin tray, mix flour and salt, keep aside. Beat butter until creamy, add sugar, vanilla and almond essence, beat until fluffy, add nutella spread, and eggs one at a time until well blended on low speed, fold in flour and milk, beating just until mixed, spoon mixture into cups half full, bake for 20 mins, cool. In a small bowl microwave chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup on high for 1 min, add vanilla, spread over cupcakes, sprinkle with hazelnuts.

Ingredients:

  • Tikka chunks 1packet
  • Bread slices 6 large
  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Egg 1 to coat
  • Bread crumbs to coat

Method:

Soak bread in water for few mins, then squeeze water, mash the bread, mix with mashed potatoes, hunter beef shredded, all the rest, make into fat discs, dip in beaten egg, roll in crumbs and deep fry.
