Ingredients

  • Kulfa                                                                            3-4
  • Faluda Vermicelli                                                    1 cup
  • Milk                                                                                       250 grams
  • Khoya                                                                          125 grams
  • Tukh Malanga                                                                    1 cup
  • Red Syrup                                                                   ½ cup
  • Desiccated Coconut                                               2 tbsp
  • Screw Pine Essence                                                 few drops
  • Seasonal Fruits                                                                  as required
  • Dry fruits                                                                              for garnish

Methods

  1. For faluda: Take 250 grams of milk, 125 grams of khoya and few drops of screw pine essence mix it well and bring to boil
  2. Cook until the sauce is thicken then take it out and let it cool down.
  3. Take 3-4 kulfa add into the glass then add tukh malanga
  4. Add as required seasonal fruits, add 1 cup of faluda vermicelli
  5. Add 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut
  6. Now add red syrup on the top of it add milk mixture.
  7. At last garnish with dry fruits and serve it. now khoya kulfa faluda is ready.
