Ingredients for Marination:

  • Chicken lollipops ½ kg
  • Salt as required
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Buttermilk ¾ cup

Ingredient for Coating:

  • Self raising flour ¾ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • Talhar chili paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Peanut 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Green onion for garnish

Method:
Apply all ingredient of chicken marination. Mix all ingredient of coating to form mix utter. Coat lollipops in this mixture and cook in hot oil till golden color comes. For sauce heat oil add ginger garlic fry well. Also add green onion and peanut fry well. Add chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, white pepper, chicken stock, talhar chili paste and dissolved corn flour in it. add fired lollipops mix well. Remove in dish and garnish with green onion.

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1 cup
  • Green onion ¾ cup
  • Boiled rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • Salt as required

Method:
Heat oil add garlic and green chilies fry well. Add prawns then add vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce, chicken stock and cook till boil comes. Add rice, white pepper and salt cook well. Add green chilies mix well.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 400 gm
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Self raising flour 4 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt as required

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Honey ½ cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil as required
  • Green onion for garnish
  • White sesame for garnish

Method:
Mix all ingredients except oil. After 15 minute cook in hot oil till color come. For sauce all ingredients cook till it becomes thick. Add fried chicken mix well. Garnish with green onion and white sesame seeds.
