Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Salt 2tsp
  • Black pepper 3tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Corn flour 3tsp
  • Soy sauce 4tsp
  • Oyster sauce 4tsp
  • Sesame oil 2tsp
  • Vinegar 1tsp
  • Chicken powder 1tsp
  • Water 1cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 2
  • roasted peanuts as required

Ingredients for Garlic rice:

  • Rice 1kg
  • ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  • oil as required
  • green onion as required

 

Method:
Take a bowl and marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, sugar and corn flour. Take a pan pour oil and fry the chicken until golden. take another pan and pour oil and add fried chicken then add sauce (soya sauce, oyster sauce, corn flour, salt, black pepper ,sesame oil, vinegar, chicken powder and 1 cup water).take two onions (cut it in cubes),add capsicum (cut in cubes) mix all things together thoroughly. garnish with roasted peanuts serve it with garlic rice.

Method for garlic rice:
take a sauce pan and pour oil in it .add ginger garlic paste and sauté. boil rice in a separate pan. Pour the rice in sauce pan and garnish with fine chopped green onions.

Ingredient:

  • Tikka chunks ½packet
  • Ice berg 2 cups
  • Regular lattice 2 cups
  • Black olives 10
  • Cottage cheese ½cup
  • Crushed red pepper ½tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Crotons 1 cup

Ingredient for dressing:

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste ½tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp

Method:
Take a bowl and put all the veggies in a salad bowl pore dressing and toss well put chunks on top, croton sprinkle parmesan cheese and serve it.

Ingredient for Mexican Spice:

  • Cumin powder 2tbsp
  • Mix herb 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 2tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1tbsp

Ingredient for beef margination:

  • Beef 1kg
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 3tbsp
  • Tomato paste 3tbsp
  • Cajun spice 3tbsp
  • Oil 100ml
  • Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1tbsp
  • Food color orange ½tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Yellow capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Jalapeno 1tsp
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Salsa sauce 2tbsp

Ingredients for tomato sauce:

  • Tomatoes no seeds 400gm
  • Tomato purees 2tbsp
  • Onion ¼
  • Cumin powder 1tbsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Bell pepper ¾
  • Pineapple ½
  • Ketchup 50g
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice ½tbsp
  • All purpose flour as required
  • Bread crumb as required
  • Dip in both and then fry.

 

Method:
Marinate beef with spices• bake it• assemble in tortilla bread(capsicum red, green ,yellow, jalapeno, mayonnaise, salsa sauce, bake beef strip)•then dip it in all purpose flour dip• then apply a coat of bread crumbs •fry

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1cup
  • Red drink as required
  • Pistachios as required
  • Almonds as required
  • Screw pine essence few drops
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Sugar as required

 

Method:

Take container pour milk, sugar, red syrup. Stir well crush all the nuts finely and mix them in the shake and add few drops of kewra water. Mix well and serve with ice.
