  • Taro 500 gram
  • Green chilies 2
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Red chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Raw mango powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup


Peel taro and boil them, press slightly and deep fry well. Heat oil add carom seeds, curry leaves fry well. When fragrance comes add all spices and water. Add spice cook. Add arvi, green chili cook. When spice coat with arvi remove and garnish with green coriander.


  • Chicken with bone 1kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1tbsp
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • White pepper 1tsp
  • Chicken powder 1tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Chili sauce 2tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1cup
  • Green chilies 3 – 4
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Capsicum ½ cup
  • Ginger (julienne cut) 1tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 1tbsp


In a wok, heat oil and sauté ginger garlic. Then add chicken and salt, fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add a little water and let it cover for at least 6 to 8 minutes. Then add tomato paste, soya sauce, chili sauce and all the other ingredients. Cook well. Once the oil is separated, add vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes. In the end, garnish with coriander and ginger. Serve.
