Lab-e-Shireen is our favorite Desi Dessert but it is often difficult to get the right proportion of ingredients. With a recipe so great this time, you’ll ace it without a doubt!

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Custard Powder 2 tbsp
  • Bananas 4
  • Vermicelli (Boiled) 1 cup
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Green Jelly 1 packet
  • Red Jelly 1 packet
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required
  • Vanilla Essence few drops
  • Whole dried milk 250 gm
  • Cream 1 packet

 

 

Method:
• In a pan, cook the milk add sugar, vermicelli.
• Then add custard powder dissolve in water. When mixture thick turn off the stove, leave it for coll.
• After this add few drops of vanilla essence, and pineapple.
• Garnish green , red jellies, almonds, pistachios, khoya, cream and serve it.

Ingredients:

  • Bengal Gram (Boiled) ½ kg
  • Onions 2
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Potatoes (Boiled) 2
  • Eggs 2
  • All spice Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Mace ½ tsp
  • Whole Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Whole Coriander 2 tsp
  • Fennel Seeds 2 tsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:
• Now, in a pan add boiled Bengal gram , water, Whole cumin seeds, crushed red chili, salt, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, mace, garam masala powder let it cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
• Heat on high flame, water dries and cool it.
• In a chopper, chopped lentils mixture and boiled potatoes.
• After this, add beaten eggs, mint leaves, green chilies, onions and finely chopped ginger.
• In the end, make the kabab and fry as required oil.
• Delicious Daal kay kabab is ready.

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Bitter gourd ½ kg
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion slices 2

 

Method:

Take wok add oil zeera, chicken pieces, fry chicken for a minute add onions, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, green chilies, cook for few minutes until oil is visible. Set aside.In another deep pan fry the bitter guards till golden brown . And take out and mix with chicken add green chilies. Serve hot with naan and rice enjoy.
