  • Bottle gourd (boiled) ¾ cup
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 10-12 leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Coal 1
  • Green chili (finely cut) 2
  • Onion (finely cut) 2 tbsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 3-4

Grate bottle gourd and boil in hot water for 5 minutes then cool down. Beat yogurt well. Then add salt, roasted crushed cumin, mint leaves, green chilies and onion and mix well. Also add bottle gourd. Give coal smoke in empty bowl then add raita and give sizzling effect. Add whole red chili in oil, fry then put on raita.


  • Chicken thigh pieces 6-8
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion (finely cut) 1
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cardamom, cinnamon 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Dried fenugreek leaves ¾ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Green chili (chopped) 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
    Cashew nut 10-12

Put red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and ginger garlic paste on chicken and leave for 2-3 hours. Now fry it in tbsp oil and butter. In separate pan add rest of the butter and oil and fry onion in it. Also add cardamom and cinnamon then fry. Add tomato paste, sugar and green chili and saute gravy. Add remaining salt and pepper then add chicken. Saute it well then add ½ cup water and let chicken get tender. Now add cream and dried fenugreek leaves and leave it on dum. Take out in dish and garnish with cashew nut.


  • Milk 1liter
  • Cottage cheese ¾ cup
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Boiled rice ¾ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Small cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Finely cut almond, pistachios as required
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops

In milk boiled rice and small cardamom add and cook .when mix well then add sugar and cook till then sugar dissolve then add cottage desiccated coconut ,corn flour dissolve in water and vanilla essence add and mix well .when thick then pour in bowls and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
