Lebanese Kabab

Ingredients

  • Beef mince               ½ kg
  • Lamb fat (optional) 1 cup
  • Parsley                      1 bunch
  • Minced onion          1 large
  • Cumin seeds                        1 tbsp
  • Garlic                         1 tbsp
  • Salt                             1 tsp
  • White pepper          1 tsp
  • Oregano                   1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs          2 cups
  • Oil                               6 tbsp

Methods

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
  2. Then grind and make long kabab.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry kabab on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Then lower the heat and cook for further 8 to 10 minutes. Serve.
