Ingredients:

  • Lemon Powder 3tbsp
  • Mint leaves 4tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream 3 scoops
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Soda water 1cup
  • Ice cubes 1cup

Method:
Add all the ingredients in blender and blend and serve.

Creamy Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 750 grams
  • Boiled onions and Blended 2cups
  • Ginger-Garlic 2tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger julienned for garnish

Masala Rice:

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Chicken Boneless 400grams
  • Oil as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Onion 1cup (blended)
  • Tomato 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 3 tbsp

Creamy Chicken:

Method:
Add oil in a pan. Add Chicken, Ginger garlic, Green chili and cook for 10 minutes. Now add Blend onions in it and cook it for 10 minutes. Now add Salt, black pepper and cumin and cook it untill oil separates. Now add cream and cover it for 10minutes on medium flame.

Masala Rice:
Method:
Take a pan Add oil. Now add chicken along with ginger garlic and cook well.Now add onion puree,tomatoes and cook for 2minutes.Now add salt,pepper,red chilli,cumin and all spice and cook for 1minute,Now add vegetables and add vinegar,hot sauce and soy sauce and lid it for 5minutes untill oil separtes.Now add cooked eggs.Add boiled rice over the gravy and let it rest on low flame for 8 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice 1-12 cup
  • Gelatin 2tbsp
  • Sugar powder ¾ cup
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Digestive Biscuits 2 cups
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Cream 2 cup
  • Orange essence few drops
  • Orange slice for garnish
  • Orange jelly for garnish
  • Whipped Cream for garnish

Method:
Add digestive biscuits to Chopper and make crumbs. Now add butter in it and mix well. Now Add these biscuits to pie dish and set and put it in refrigerator.
Now in a bowl, Add cream and sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Now add orange juice, orange essence in it. Now take a pan, add water and dissolve gelatin. Now add Gelatin mixture in Cream mixture and beat well. Now pour this on biscuits and let it set.
Decor with orange slices, cream and serve chill
