Ingredients For Brownies:

  • Butter 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 6
  • Cocoa powder ½ cup
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cooking chocolate (crushed) 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tbsp

For The Frosting:

  • Butter ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder 6 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Cooking chocolate (melted) 1 cup
  • Baking Temperature: 180 c
  • Baking Time: 30 minutes

 

Method:
In a bowl add butter and sugar. Mix well. Then add eggs one by one and mix well. Now add cocoa powder, flour, vanilla essence and crushed cooking chocolate. Mix properly. Then pour in a baking tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool. For the frosting mix all the ingredients together and pour over the brownies. Let it cool. In the end cut into squares and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Turnips (cubes) 1 kg
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onions (sliced) 2
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies (sliced) 5
  • Salt 1 tsp

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add onions and fry until golden brown. Then add ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute. Now add yogurt, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chilies and salt, along with 1 cup water. Mix well and bring it to a boil. Cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Then grind the mixture to a fine paste. Now add turnips and cook on a low heat for 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken leg boneless (flattened) 4 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese 4 pieces
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Capsicum (sliced) 1
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp

 

Method:
In a bowl add chicken, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for an hour. Then place a cheese slice and capsicum on the leg pieces and roll. Secure the piece with tooth picks. Now coat the chicken in flour, then eggs and then bread crumbs. Deep fry on a medium heat for about 15 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
