Ingredients:

  • Boiled Macaroni 1 packet
  • Chicken Minced ½ kg
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All Spices Powder 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm

METHOD:
In ½ kg chicken mince, add 2 tsp ginger garlic, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup water and tender it. When chicken mince is done, then turn off the stove. Now heat the oil and add 2 finely chopped onions. When it becomes golden brown, then add the onions in the chicken mince and cook it on high heat. Then add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp all spices powder, 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilies, 1 cup milk, 2 tomatoes, 1 cup capsicum, 1 cup carrots and ½ cup tomato ketchup. In the end, add 1 packet boiled macaroni and put it on simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Red chili 2tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon 1piece
  • Almond paste 4tbsp
  • Cashew nut paste 4tbsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Cream 1cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Clarified butter 250gm
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Salt 1tsp

 

Method:
Heat clarified butter add whole spice , now add ginger garlic paste and fry , now add onion chopped , green chilies and roast well , when onion gets brown add chicken and roast well , now add 1 cup water , red chili and salt let it cook , now add yogurt and roast , now add almond paste , cashew nut paste , cream , coriander and green chilies give dum for 5 min and serve .

  • Eggplant (boiled) ½ kg
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Garlic powder 1tsp
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Bread crumbs 2cups
  • Parmesan cheese 1cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Eggs 2

 

Method:
Eggplant cut in round shapes then in a bowl add salt, black pepper, coriander, garlic powder , and green chilies mix well, now add eggplant and leave for ½ hours after this dip in eggs ,Bread crumbs and fry .
