Ingredients:

  • Beef brain boiled 1
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Crushed black pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 15-20
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Parathas to serve

Method:

Heat oil, fry onion till light golden, add curry leaves, chopped ginger garlic with salt, black pepper and yogurt, fry masala well, add boiled brain, slightly break, cover and cook till done. Lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, allspice, leave it on dum.

Ingredients for patty:

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Crispy fry 1 packet
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 finely
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices soaked in milk 2

Other ingredients:

  • Jalapeno sliced as required
  • Onion 1
  • Cheese slices 4-6
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Burger buns 4-6
  • French fries to serve

 

Method:

Put all the ingredients in the chopper till bread, grind until smooth, make into patties, grill in ¼ cup oil, during last 2 mins of cooking put cheese slice on patties, cook till cheese melts, place patties on bottom halves of buns, top with salad leaves, jalapeno and sautéed onions, cover with top halves of buns, serve with fries.
