  • Chicken (whole 1 kg) 1
  • Yogurt 3/4cup
  • Meat tenderizer powder 1tbsp
  • Qorma (spices) 2tbsp
  • Salt 3/4tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder ¾ tsp
  • Ginger (finely cut) 2tbsp
  • Green cardamom (powder) 1/2tsp
  • All spices (powder) ¾ tsp
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Almond powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Butter (melted) 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Onions (chopped) 1
  • Egg (boiled) 3
  • Lettuce leaf, cucumber for garnishing
  • Almonds (peeled) for garnishing


Stab the chicken with fork multiple times to make cuts. Then in yogurt add salt, red chili powder, qorma spices, melted butter, ginger garlic paste, kachri powder and all spices powder. Now marinate the chicken in the spices and leave them for the night. After that heat clarified butter and fry onions chopped till they are of light brown color. Then roast the chicken in it and then add half cup of water and cook till the chicken tenders. Now after its roasted add almond powder and small cardamom powder and simmer it for 5mins. Lastly set it on a dish and garnish it with boiled eggs, lettuce leaf, cucumber and peeled almonds.


  • Boiled rice (sella) 500gm
  • Butter 6tbsp
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Vermicelli (thick) 3/4cup
  • Raisins 4tbsp
  • Almonds 15
  • Pistachios 20
  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 4-5
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp

Heat butter in a pan then add almonds, pistachios and raisins. Then add Vermicelli and fry it till its brown. Then in a different pan heat oil and add cardamom and bay leaf to fry it slightly. Then add chicken stock and lemon juice till it cooks after that add boiled rice mix them thoroughly and set the flame high
When it’s steamed add Vermicelli and some almonds, pistachios and raisins. When it is roasted serve it with boiled eggs and the rest of the dry fruits.


  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped coriander, green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt 2 pinches

Beat yogurt and mix all ingredients.
