Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Powder milk 2 tbsp
  • Onion grated 1
  • Bread chopperized 2 slices
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Parathas 1packet

 

Method:

Marinate mince with all the above and chopperize well, keep it for 1 hour, make into small tikkies, deep fry, lastly roll in paraths with onion rings, tomato rings and serve with any chatni.

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple jello 1 packet
  • Cream whipped 1 ½ cup
  • Cottage cheese crumbled 8 ounces
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Flaked almonds 3 tbsp

 

Method:

Beat cottage cheese until smooth, add cream, jelly crystals with condensed milk, fold in fruit cocktail, nuts, serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 16 pcs 1 kg
  • Rice soaked and boiled 750 gm
  • Plum 12
  • Whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunches
  • Mint 20 leaves
  • Green chilies 30
  • Yogurt 1 cup heaped
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Almonds 10
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
  • Mace grinded ¼ tsp
  • Green cardamom grinded ½ tsp
  • Screw pine essence 1 tbsp

 

Method:

Grind together the coriander , green chilies and mint. Heat oil, add half cup brown onion with ginger garlic paste and chicken, fry for 10 mins, add grounded hara masala, cook for 5 mins, add half cup water, cover and cook for another 10 mins until chicken nearly done.

To assemble:

In a pan put ¼ cup oil, ¼ cup water with a layer of half boiled rice, then chicken mixture, top with whipped yogurt, mace, nutmeg and green cardamom powder, remaining brown onion, soaked aalu bukhara, top with remaining rice, kewra, ¼ cup oil, cook for 5 mins covered on full flame, lower flame, cook on dum for 15 mins until done, serve hot.
