  • White flour ½ kg
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Hot water as required
  • Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm


In a bowl mix yeast, salt, flour and oil with hot water, knead well. Leave for 1 hour. When dough rise, knead it again. Make naan from the batter. In separate bowl add garlic, coriander and butter mix well. Apply on naan and bake at 180 C for 30 minute.


  • Boiled beef ½ kg
  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Dried chilies 6
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1tsp
  • Cumin roasted 2tsp
  • Ginger (julienne) 2tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Tamarind paste 2tbsp
  • Oil as required


In a pan heat oil and fry onions then add potatoes cubes. Then add chopped garlic, tomatoes, julienne cut ginger, turmeric powder, roasted cumin, all spice powder, red chili powder, salt, cumin and dried chilies & cook well. Then add this masala and boil beef and also add tamarind paste. Lastly dish out then add roasted masala and roasted cumin sprinkling and serve hot.


  • Split green gram 1 cup
  • Red lentil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Green chilies (small) 6
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch


Wash the lentils and soak them for half an hour in water. Then in a pan add 2 cups of water, tomatoes, onion, ginger garlic, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric powder and soaked lentil. Cook until the lentils get cooked. Now add fresh coriander and green chilies. Mix well. Then add cream and mix well. Now in a pan heat clarified butter and fry garlic and almonds. Temper the lentil with this mixture. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
