Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Onions (grinded) 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Cumin seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Eggs (boiled) 2
  • Green chilies, fresh coriander as required
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Oil ½ cup

 

 

Method:
In a bowl marinate chops with papaya, yogurt, cream, butter and a little salt for about an hour. Then heat oil and fry grinded onions. Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, crushed black pepper, salt and green chilies. Mix well. Then add in the marinated chops and cook on low flame for about half an hour. Lastly garnish with lemon slices, fresh coriander and boiled eggs. Serve hot.

Ingredients For Kabab:

  • Chicken mince 400 gm
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Eggs (boiled) 4
  • Fresh coriander as required

For The Masala:

  • Onion (grinded) 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies, fresh coriander as required

 

 

Method:
For the kabab, in a chopper add chicken mince, onions, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt and all spice powder. Grind it well. Then the boiled eggs in pieces and add the little salt, green chilies and fresh coriander. Mix well. Now spread the chicken mince mixture and add egg mixture. Mix well. Then prepare the balls out of this mixture.
For the masala, heat oil and fry grinded onion. Then add yogurt and all the other ingredients. Cook well. Now add 2 cups of water and cook until the mixture comes to boil. Then add prepared the chicken balls, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Lastly garnish the dish with green chilies, fresh coriander and chopped ginger. Serve hot.

  • Apricot 250gm
  • Cream 1packet
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Sugar 4tbsp
  • Milk 1liter
  • Rose water 1tsp
  • Almond, pistachios 100gm
  • Milk powder 1cup
  • Corn flour 4tbsp

 

Method:

Soak apricot over night , now deseed them and grind , now add this ground apricot in a pan with saffron cook till thick, now in another pan heat milk when it boils add 4 tbsp sugar , corn flour , cook till thick , now add rose water , powder milk , almonds and pistachios now dish out this milk mixture add apricot , lastly garnish with cream ,pistachios and almonds .
