This Malt Chocolate Cake is the combination of a fudgy cake with a malt frosting that might almost make you droll.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter 142 gm
  • Caster sugar 227 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Chocolate pieces 85 gm
  • Flour 195 gm
  • Cocoa powder 85 gm
  • Cream 85 gm
  • Malt drink 185 ml
  • Coffee powder 1 tbsp

FOR FROSTING:

  • Butter 115 gm
  • Cream cheese 115 gm
  • Icing sugar 130 gm
  • White chocolate 115 gm
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 150 gm

FOR TOPPING:

  • Chocolate 115 gm
  • Malt drink 55 ml

 

METHOD:

For the cake mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and sieve well. Then beat butter and sugar well. Now add eggs, beat well. Then add cream, dry ingredients and malt drink, mix properly. Now add the mixture in 8×8 mould and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 40 minutes.

FOR FROSTING:

Beat together butter, cream cheese and icing sugar until it becomes creamy. Then add coffee, melted chocolate and whipped cream. Mix well.

FOR TOPPING:

In the chocolate add malt drink and melt it well. Then allow it to cool and apply on the cake. Lastly decorate it and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Basic vanilla sponge 1 sheet
  • Tea biscuits 200 gm
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Sugar 100 gm
  • Custard 30 gm
  • Coffee 10 ml
  • Condensed milk 100 ml
  • Cream 300 gm
  • Melted chocolate 350 gm

 

METHOD:
Make custard with milk. Then add cream and melted chocolate, mix well and allow it to cool down. Now in the condensed milk add coffee, mix and make a syrup. Then in a dish place vanilla sponge, add coffee syrup all over. Now add chocolate custard and place the biscuits. Lastly decorate and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boneless chicken 200 gm
  • Mushrooms 100 gm
  • Sausages 150 gm
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Puff pastry sheet 1

 

FOR CHEESE SAUCE:

  • Butter 15 gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cheese 40 gm

 

METHOD:
In a frying pan heat oil, add chicken and sausages. Cook well. Then add mushrooms and all the remaining ingredients. Cook well. Now remove and let it cool down. Then spread the puff pastry sheet and add the chicken filling. Roll it and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 20 minutes.

METHOD FOR CHEESE SAUCE:
In a frying pan heat butter, add flour and cook. Then add milk and cook until it becomes thick. Now add cheese. Serve the cheese sauce hot by pouring it on the chicken.
