- Mango jelly 1 packet
- Water ¾ cup
- Chopped mangoes 2 cups
- Cream cheese 200 grams
- Marshmallow 1 cup
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Mango juice 1 cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Place chopped mango cubes in each dessert cup.
- Top it with mango jelly and leave it to set.
- Dissolve marshmallows with whipped cream and top this over with jelly. Let it chill.
- In a sauce pan mix together mango juice, flour and sugar. Melt it while stirring it continuously.
- Remove it from the stove and let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl.
- Add the mango juice, flour and sugar mixture to the beaten cream cheese.
- Pour this hot mixture over the marshmallow mixture.
- This will slightly melt the marshmallow mixture.
- Finally decorate it with whipped cream and mango slices.
