This Mango Tiramisu is a combination of cream, mangoes and everything nice. Every bite of this is a pure delight.

  • Mango slices to garnish
  • Cocoa powder to dust
  • For the Ladyfingers:
  • Hot water 1/2 cup
  • Instant coffee 1 tsp
  • Lady fingers biscuits 10

For the Mango Sauce:

  • Mango pieces 1 cup
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Water 1/8 cup
  • Lemon juices half

For the Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • Cream cheese 1 cup
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Add coffee in hot water and let it cool. Dip biscuits in and place in dish. Add mango pieces, sugar, water and lemon juice cook. Mash well and cool. Mix sour cream and sugar. Pour mango sauce on base and cream cheese mixture cool. Garnish with mango slice and cocoa powder.


  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 1-2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Green coriander chopped 1-2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp

Heat oil add onion sauté well. Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and chicken cook. Add tomato puree, salt, red chili, coriander, curry leaves and turmeric cook well. Add yogurt, paprika and cumin cook well add as required water, tamarind pulp and all spice simmer well. Garnish with green coriander.
