  • Chicken boneless              1/2kg
  • Onion slices                        1 large
  • Garlic paste                         1 tbsp
  • Ginger slices                        2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek                           2 tbsp
  • Cream                                   1 cup
  • Red chilli powder              1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp
  • Oil                                          ½ cup
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Yogurt                                   2 cups
  • All spices powder              1 tsp
  • Black cardamom               2


  1. Heat oil fry onion and garlic .now chicken add and fry 1 min. then red chili powder
  2. Add turmeric, black cardamom and salt mix and fry on high flame for 5 minutes
  3. After this 2 cup of water add when it’s come to boil then further cook for 5 minutes .
  4. Now yogurt and fenugreek add and cook for 5 minutes .
  5. Finally add cream and ginger mix 2 mint cook then remove from and serve.
