Misri Lemon Chicken Recipe | Dawat | Chef Abida Baloch

Deep marinated chicken in lemon zest and lemon juice, and cooked to its absolute tenderness, this chicken is something you must try this weekend.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 750 gm
  • Lemon juice & zest of 2 lemons
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Parsley ¼ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Put half parsley and all ingredients on chicken and marinate it. Then add as required water and chicken in pan and let it cook till it gets tender. Now roast in oven till golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Sliced eggplants ½ kg
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

 

Method:
Put all ingredients on sliced eggplants and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Cilantro 1 cup
  • Blanched almonds 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chilies ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili ¼ tsp

 

Method:
Blend all ingredients in blender and serve with chips.
