Ingredients:

  • White kidney beans 1 cup
  • Red kidney beans 1 cup
  • Black chickpeas 1 cup
  • White chickpeas 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
  • Chicken tikka chunks ½ packet
  • Oil as required

For Salad Dressing:

  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic (crushed) 2 cloves
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil and fry the chicken tikka chunks. Then in a salad bowl add all the ingredients.
For Salad Dressing, in another bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Lastly mix everything well and serve.

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander (whole) 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 4-6
  • Black pepper 4-6
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamons 2 pieces
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Bay leaves 6
  • Green chili 2
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Ginger as required

 

Method:
In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, vinegar and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and marinate it for about half an hour. Then in a tawa pan roast all the whole spices and grind it well. Now heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds, bay leaves and green chili. Then add onion and fry well. Now add tomatoes and all the ground spices. Cook well. Then add marinated chicken and cook properly. Lastly add lemon juice, fresh coriander and ginger. Serve hot.

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour (roasted) 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Kabab masala 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Green chili 2-4
  • Onion 1

For Biryani Masala:

  • Rice (boiled) ½ kg
  • Mix all spice (whole) 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Biryani essence 1 tsp
  • Oil/clarified butter 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon 1
  • Green chili 1
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Biryani masala 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 4-6
  • Screwpine 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Yellow color ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes 1-2

 

Method:
In a grinder add beef mince and all the spices. Grind it well and make round kababs. Then heat oil and fry the kababs until golden brown. Now give coal smoke. Then in the rice add salt, all spice and oil. Boil well. Now sieve the rice and set aside.
For The Biryani Masala, heat one cup oil and fry the onion. Then add whole all spices, green cardamoms and ginger garlic paste. Now add tomatoes and all ground spices. Then add yogurt and cook well. Now add fresh coriander, green chili, lemon and mint leaves. Then in a pot add oil and water. Now layer the rice and all prepared biryani masala along with the kababs. Then again add the rice, biryani masala and kabab. Lastly add screw pine and yellow color. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Dish out and serve hot.

  • Bread 8 slices
  • Dried milk 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms 1 tsp
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Raisins 10-12
  • Almonds, pistachios 10-12
  • Nutmeg, mace a pinch
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Food color a pinch
  • Green cardamoms 2-4
  • Lemon juice ½ tsp

For The Rabri:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Green cardamom ½ tsp
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Almonds 4-6
  • Screwpine ½ tsp

 

Method:
Prepare the sugar syrup. Then cut the bread slices with the help of cookie cutter. Now in a bowl add dried milk, coconut, green cardamom, grinded almonds, pistachios, raisins and nutmeg, mace. Mix well and knead the dough with milk. Then stuff the bread with this mixture and fry in hot oil or clarified butter. Now add the sugar syrup.
