  • Carrots ( finely cut) 2
  • Potatoes 4
  • Garlic Cloves 4
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Fenugreek 2 bunches
  • Soya leaves 2 bunches
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Peas ½ cups
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Red Chilies ( crushed) 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pot fry garlic cloves golden brown.
  2. Now add potato,turmeric powder ,oil, crushed red chilies,white cumin and salt mixture cook slow flame .
  3. When potato,carrot and peas tender then mix fenugreek leaves, soya leaves and butter cook slow flame leave on dum last finaly cook remove from flame and serve.
