INGREDIENTS:

  • Caster sugar 200 gm
  • Light brown sugar 200 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Melted butter 200gm
  • Plain flour 300gm
  • Cocoa powder 120gm
  • Chocolate chips 150gm
  • Condensed milk ½ tin

 

METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 180 C then grease and line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tin. Now beat both sugars and egg well. Then add butter, cocoa powder and fold in flour. Now pour half batter in baking tray then add condensed milk and half chocolate chips. Then add rest of the batter, chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella cheese 8 ounces
  • Melted butter ½ cup
  • Crushed garlic 1–1/2 tsp
  • Italian herb seasoning 1–1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Dough:

  • All-purpose flour 3 cups
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 packet
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Warm milk ¾ cup
  • Warm water ¼ cup
  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Egg 1

 

Method:
Mix dough ingredients, knead well and set aside. Make small balls then put small piece of cheese inside every ball. Mix butter, garlic and seasoning. Grease Bundt pan. Now coat each ball in butter mixture and arrange them in pan and let them rise. Then bake them for 30 minutes on 180 C and serve hot.
