Moroccan Meat Balls
Ingredients
For Meat Balls
Beef Mince 300 grams
Beated Egg 1
Finely Chopped Onion 1
Finely Chopped Garlic 4-5 cloves
Bread Crumbs 2-3 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Gravy
Chicken Stock ½ liter
Finley Chopped Tomatoes 2-3
Finely Chopped Onion 1
Finely Chopped Garlic 4-5 cloves
Cinnamon Powder 1/3 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Red Chili ½ tsp
White Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method
For meat balls: Take a cooking pan add as required oil and add 4-5 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 finely chopped onion and fry, then take it out in a mixing bowl and let it cool down. Take a chopper add 300 grams of beef mince, 1 beated egg, 2-3 tbsp of bread crumbs, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ bunch of coriander, and add to taste salt and add fried onion and garlic cloves blend it all to make a paste and make small balls. Now take a fry pan add as required oil and shallow fry the balls. Now meat balls are ready set aside. for gravy: Take a cooking pan add as required oil and add 1 finely chopped onion, add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté it now add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes and add to taste salt, ½ tsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of cumin seeds, 1/3 tsp of white pepper powder,1/3 tsp of cinnamon powder mix it well and roasted, when the tomatoes are soft and tender add ½ liter of chicken stock and cook until its thick, when the gravy is thick add all fried meat balls in it and steam it for few minutes. Now take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
