Ingredients for Chicken:

  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Mixed all spice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion fried ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Rose petals ½ cup
  • Mint ½ cup
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Almond 15-20
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Rice:

  • Boiled rice 400 gm
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color as required
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Sterling silver leaves for garnish

Method:
In a chicken add 2 tbsp yogurt and set aside. Now heat clarified butter and fry onions. Also add mix spice powder and chicken. Cook well. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and yogurt. Mix and cook well. Add half cup of water and cook until the chicken is tender. Then add all spice powder, rose water, mint leaves, rose leaves and almonds. Mix well. Also add lemon juice and set aside. Now in rice add salt, whole all spice and rose water. Allow it to boil. Then in a wok add ½ cup water, 2 tbsp clarified butter and half quantity of rice. Add chicken mixture, remaining rice and yellow color mixed in water. Cover and allow it to cook for a while. In the end place in a dish and garnish with sterling silver leaves. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken minced ½ kg
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White cumin ½ tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3-4
  • Whole red chilies 5-6
  • Mace nutmeg powder ½ tsp
  • Coal 1 piece
  • White cumin power ¾ tsp

Method:
In a tawa pan add onions, ginger garlic paste, oil and ½ cup water. Cook well until onions become soft. Now add chicken mince, yogurt, white pepper, whole red chilies, salt and cumin powder. Mix well. Then add more ½ cup water and cook until all the ingredients are combined well. Now add in butter, cream, nutmeg and mace powder. Cook and cover for at least 5 minutes. Then give coal’s smoke. In the end place in a dish and garnish with green chilies, ginger garlic and cream.
