Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg whole give cuts
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion crushed 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp leveled
  • Cashew nuts grinded 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp heaped
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Screwpine 1 tsp
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • French fries for serving
  • Boiled eggs 2 for serving

 

 

METHOD:

Give cuts on chicken, wash and dry well. Marinate with all the above ingredients except oil for few hours. Heat oil, fry chicken on both the sides till light golden, add in the marination with 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken tender and thick masala left, serve garnished with fries and boiled eggs.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled split gram 2 cups
  • Tomatoes 3 sliced
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Bottle gourd 250 gm peeled, cut into small cubes
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
  • Chopped coriander as required
  • Chopped green chilies as required
  • Chopped green chilies as required

Ingredients for Temper:

  • Curry leaves handful
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp

 

METHOD:

Boil split gram in 2 cups water till tender but not mushy. Heat oil, add temper ingredients, fry for 1 min, add brown onion with garlic paste, tomatoes and all the dry spices, fry by adding little little water, fry bottle gourd with one cup water, cover and cook till lauki nearly tender, add in boiled lentil, cook on low flame for 15 mins. Lastly add chopped greens, enjoy with roti.

  • Jumbo Prawns 1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Barbeque sauce 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 cut in round and halves
  • Capsicum 1 cut in round and halves
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic bread for serving
  • French fries for serving

 

METHOD:

Marinate prawns with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins. Heat oil and butter, add crushed garlic, fry, add marinated prawns, fry for 10 mins, add barbeque sauce, cook for 5mins, add veggies, fry on fast flame for just 3 mins, serve hot on a sizzler or platter with fries and garlic bread.
