  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2

  • Green chili 6
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Raisin as required

Ingredients:

  • Parathay 4
  • Seekh kabab ½ packet
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Green chutney ½ cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Cabbage 1cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

  • Boneless Fish ½ kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Making Batter:

  • Eggs 2
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Carom Seeds ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Plain Flour ½ cup
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil (for frying) as required
