Ingredients for Masala:
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili 2
Other ingredients:
- Mushrooms sliced 1 tin
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion sliced 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Tomato puree 2
- Ground turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Cilantro leaves (chopped) for garnish
METHOD:
Heat oil add cumin fry well. Add onion fry well then add garlic ginger paste, tomato puree and all spice cook. Add mushroom to cook. Add coriander, fenugreek leave for simmer. Add cream and serve.
Ingredients:
- Eggs (separated) 2
- All-purpose flour 1-1/2 cup
- baking powder 2- 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Butter (melted) 3 tbsp
- Blueberries 1 cup
Method:
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Beat egg yolks in a medium mixing bowl add milk and melted butter. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients; mix until batter is smooth and stir in blueberries. Fold in beaten egg whites. Cook the pancakes on a hot greased pan on one side until the edge looks dry and bubbly and the bottom is browned. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until nicely browned. Flip the pancake Serve them with blueberry sauce.
