Ingredients:

  • Mutton boiled 500 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies for garnish
  • Ginger julienned for garnish

Method:
In a pan, add oil and heat it up.
Then add whole garam masala, ginger and garlic paste.
Sauté for few minutes on high heat.
Now add mutton and cook on high heat until it changes color.
Then add fresh tomatoes without skin, green chilies Cook and mix the tomatoes using a spatula and sauté curry on high heat.
Then add further spices like red chili, turmeric powder, and coriander.
Stir the pan until the spices fully cooked.
Now add yogurt and cooked again on high heat until the yogurt fully blends with curry. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on low medium heat until the oil floats on the surface.
Now karahi is ready to serve.
Garnish with green chilies and julianne ginger.

  • Cumin 1 teaspoon
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Red chili 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  • All spice powder 3/4 teaspoon
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Dried fenugreek 1 teaspoon
  • Cottage cheese 200 grams
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Green peas 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream 2 tbsp

Method:
Fry cheese cubes and coat with flour
Heat oil in a pan adds cumin when starts splutter. Add onion and fry till pink. Add ginger garlic paste along with tomato coriander, green chilies, turmeric and cook until tomatoes become mushy.
Add yogurt and all spice sauté until oil floats on surface and blend with hand blander for smooth gravy add fenugreek cook on low flame for about 10 minutes and served with cream and fried cheese.
