Ingredients:

  • Mutton 750 gm
  • Fat 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Onions 2
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 6
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 bulb
  • Ginger 50 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies, fresh coriander as required

Method:
In a bowl marinate mutton with fat, onions, ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, salt, black pepper and tomatoes. Mix well. Then in a wok add oil and add the mutton mixture, cook for about 2 hours. Lastly sprinkle green chilies and fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 250 gm
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spices ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Food color few drops
  • Chili sauce for topping

For Spices ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 300 gm
  • Whipped egg 1/2
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

 

Method:
Soaked the rice for 30 minutes. Now in a pan heat oil then in a pan heat oil then add rice, cauliflower and spring onion mix then cook for 2 minutes. Then add salt and whole spices then add 1-1/2 cup of water add and cook till rice done. Now add food color and slice cut green chilies then leave on dum for 10 minutes. Then before serving sprinkling chili sauce.
For spices, mix boneless chicken, corn flour, crushed black pepper, salt, red chili powder and whipped egg mix. Now heat oil and fry. Then add stock. Also add crushed red chilies, salt, ketchup and chili garlic sauce and cook until the mixture gets thick. Serve with rice.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled colored vermicelli ¾ cup
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Mix fruit 1 cup

Method:
Add sugar in milk and boil it. Then dissolve custard in water and add in milk and cook till it gets thick. Now add colored vermicelli and keep custard thin. When it gets cool then add mix fruit and serve.
