Ingredients:

  • Coconut 250 gm
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Green cardamom 3-4
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Screw pine water 1tsp
  • Nuts for garnish

 

Method:
Make sugar syrup with sugar and water. Heat clarified butter add green cardamoms and cloves when it starts spluttering then add coconut and cook well. Add eggs, cream and let it cook. Now add sugar syrup and cook. When clarified butter gets separate from halwa then screw pine water, nuts and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Fish 700 gm
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 4 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Peanut butter 2 tbsp
  • Golden onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Curry leaves ½ cup
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp

 

Method:
Put salt and black pepper on fish and fry it. Then roast sesame seeds and grind it with red chili powder, turmeric, coconut and coriander. Also blend golden onion, peanut butter, tamarind paste, ginger garlic paste and salt. Heat oil add cumin seeds and mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add curry leaves, onion paste and let it cook with 1 cup water. Then add sesame seeds paste and fish. When curry gets thick and oil separates garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
