Ingredients
- Cake mix powder: half box
- Zucchini: ½
- Cucumber: ½
- Apple: 2
- Red radish: 1 small
- Cabbage: ½
- Carrot: ½
- Eggs: 2
Methods
- Crush all fruits and vegetables on food processor.
- Add ½ box of cake mix and 2 eggs in a bowl and mix well until you get a cake mix consistency.
- Slice an apple in round circles and layer the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the cake mix batter in to the pan and spread it equally.
- Cover the pan and place on a very low flame on the smallest burner. Check after 8/10 minutes.
- If the cake has risen, poke with a knife to check if it’s done all the way through.
- Take the lid off and serve once cooled down. The chocolate with no oils if ready.
