Oriental Beef Kabab by Chef Tahir Chaudhary
Ground Beef 1/4 kg
Ground Lamb 1/4 kg
Finely Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
Fresh Mint, Chopped 1/4 cup
Fresh Parsley Chopped 1/4 cup
Taara Gararm Masala 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper ½ tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice (optional) few drops
Egg (optional) 2
Prepare charcoal for grilling.
Meanwhile, mix all ingredients and knead by hand or food processor until a homogenous mixture is formed.
Wet hands, take a hand-full of meat and form into a ball, insert the flat kabab skewer into the ball and press evenly on both sides to spread the meat along the middle third of the skewer.
When the charcoal is ready, place the skewers on the edges of the barbequing tray.
Grill on both sides until the meat is cooked. Avoid charring the meat.
and serve with fresh mint, salad parsley, pickles and lemons.
