  • Cottage cheese crumbled 8 ounce
  • Cooked mince 8 ounce
  • Spring onion chopped ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Egg yolks 2
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup grated
  • Triangular roll patti 2 dozen
  • Flour paste for sticking
  • Sambal Oleak 1 tbsp




Make chatpata mince with salt, pepper, mustard, Worcester sauce, sambal oleak, ginger garlic, fry well and remove, add to it chopped greens, cottage, egg yolks, mozzarella grated, fill in patties, roll thinly, seal well, deep fry.

Ingredients for Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Italian seasonings 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Lukewarm water to knead as required


Chicken Enchilada Flat Bread Pizza:

Ingredients for Filling

  • Chicken seekh kabab 1 cup
  • Pizza sauce 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Salsa 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Onion diced 3 tbsp
  • Jalapeno ½ cup sliced
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup grated
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 3 tbsp diced
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp



Mix all together in a bowl, knead into a soft dough, place in a greased bowl covered and leave it to rise for 1 hour, punch down the dough, knead for a few mins, divide into 4 equal balls, form into 4 crust about ¼ inch thick, pre-heat oven, brush the tray, spread dough onto the tray, cook crust for 5 mins, turn and cook for another 5 mins.

Chicken Enchilada Flat Bread Pizza:


Heat 2 tbsp oil, add onion, jalapeno and capsicum, boil chicken seekh kabab with 2 tbsp salsa, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, cook for 3 mins, remove, spread remaining sauces on flat bread, add chicken mixture, sprinkle with both the cheese on top, bake for 10-15 mins and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.



  • Potato 1 tiny cubes boiled
  • Carrot 1 tiny cubes boiled
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Cucumber 2 cut in tiny cubes
  • Fruit cocktail 1 medium tin (Syrup removed)
  • Orange jelly 1 packet dissolved in ½ cup fruit cocktail syrup
  • Gelatin 1 dissolved in ¼ cup tin syrup
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp



Ina bowl, mix together salt, pepper, sugar, sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, cream, add in it dissolved gelatin and dissolved orange jelly, mix well, cut all the vegetables in tiny cubes, mix with above mixture, pour it into a well-greased ring mould, leave it to set for 2 hours, serve chilled over a bed of salad leaves.
