Ingredients:

  • Grated cheese 200 gm
  • Boiled potatoes 2 medium
  • Chopped green chili 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander ¼ cup
  • Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Breads crumbs ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Oil for shallow frying

 

Method:
Mix all ingredients together then make kabab and shallow fry them in oil.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 500gm
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Whole cumin 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Mace powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Hot spices powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • Ginger for garnish

 

Method:
Heat clarified butter and saute onion, cumin and ginger in it. Then add salt, dry ginger powder, green chili, mace powder, cardamom powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder, lemon juice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add chicken, yogurt and cook till oil comes up and chicken get tender. Garnish with green coriander, ginger and serve.
