  • Flour                              2 cup
  • Clarified butter             3 tbsp
  • Salt                                1 tsp
  • Carom seeds                 1 tsp
  • Oil                                  for fry


  1. Knead refined flour, clarified butter.
  2. Salt and Carom seeds to make smooth dough and left for 1 hour.
  3. Make small balls out of a dough and rolled into a small disc’s .
  4. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the disc for 5 to 6 mints.
  5. Finally remove from oil, let it cooled and serve.
