- Flour 2 cup
- Clarified butter 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Knead refined flour, clarified butter.
- Salt and Carom seeds to make smooth dough and left for 1 hour.
- Make small balls out of a dough and rolled into a small disc’s .
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the disc for 5 to 6 mints.
- Finally remove from oil, let it cooled and serve.
