Ingredients:

  • Penne pasta 1 packet
  • Tomato purees 1 can
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1-½ tsp
  • Chopped parsley for garnishing

 

 

Method:

ek pot mai pasta 10 se 15 min boil kar len Phir is ka pani chaan kar thandy pani se dho len phir pot mai tail tez garam kar ke tomato puree daal dain sath hi sath namak aur red chili powder add kar ke achay se bhoon len . Phir ek cup pani daal kar boiled pasta daal dain aur 2 se 3 min k liye halki anch per pakayen..pasta ko dish out kar k is pe chopped parsley se garnishing kar len. Ap ki dish serving ke liye tiyaar.

Ingredients:

  • Instant coffee 1½ tbsp
  • Water 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Whipping cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Milk 1cup
  • Tea cake 1 pound

 

Method:

3 se 4 tbsp pani mai 1½ tbsp coffee mix kar ke side pe rakh dain. Phir ek cup whipping cream ko 4 se 5 min achay se whipped kar len.. Whipped cream mai coffee ka mixture aur condensed milk add kar ke mix kar len..phir 1 cup milk mai coffee add kar k side pe rakh dain..phir tea cake ko cut kar ke ek dish mai nechay base ki tarhan set kar ke doodh k mixture daal kar soak kar len ta ke cake soft ho jaye..phir cream ka mixture cake pe daal ke spread kar len.. Second layer cake ki laga ke same procedure apply karin.cream ki final layer laga ke palette knife se design ki tarhan spread kar len aur is ko coffee ya chocolate chips se decorate kar ke fridge mai ek ghanty k liye rakh dain

  • seekh kabab ½ packet
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Butter as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • kabab masala as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Coal to smoke

 

Method:

Karhai mai makkhan daal kar ous ko melt kar leen sath hi sath oil hasb e zaroorat shamil kar leen . Phir frozen seekh kabab ous mai fry kar leen. Kababon ko fry kar k side pe rakh dain . Ous hi karhai mai ginger garlic paste daal kar bhoon len. Phir ous mai sheek kabab ka masala, lal mirch powder aur zeera powder add kar k masalay ko bhoon len. Phir is mai dahi daal kar dahi ko achay se bhoon len. Phir ek se dair cup pani daal kar fried kabab add kar ke 2 se 3 min paka len. Karhai mai aluminium foil rakh kar koyalay ka dum day kar 1 min mazeed paka len. Seekh kabab ka salan serving ke liye tiyaar hai

Ingredients:

  • whole chicken with skin 1kg
  • Rice 1 kg
  • Oil 1-½ cup
  • Fried onions ½ cup
  • whole spice 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Small cardamom 5
  • Cloves 6 – 8
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Dry lemons 2
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • food color 1tsp
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • Saffron ½tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1cup
  • Coal 1 piece

Method:
Basmati rice ko dho ke soak kar len.. Phir oven ko 190°c pe preheat kar len
ek pateli mai ½ cup oil daal ke oil ko tez garam kar len phir chicken ko golden brown honay tak bhoon kar thora pani daal kar halka sa gala kar nikal len.ek pilyali mai haldi, food colour, 1tsp garam masala, zafran, paprika powder, salt aur homemade tomato sauce daal kar achay se mix kar len..chicken pe ye mixture laga k chicken ko oven mai 15 mins k liye rakh dain.ous hi pateli mai mazeed ½ cup oil daal ke fried onions, salt, elaichi, daar cheeni, loung, 1tsp garam masala aur dry lemons daal kar bhoon len. Phir pani daal kar thora paka len. Soaked basmati rice ko pateli mai dal kar pani ka level check kar len..kholay ko ek stove pe jalanay rakh dain..jab chawalon ka pani khushk ho jaye to chicken ko oven se nikal kar rice ke oper rakh kar chawalon ko 15 min dum laganay rakh dain.
15 min baad stove off kar ke chawalon mai thori jaga bana kar aluminium foil ki pilyali rakh dain ous pe koyala rakh kar ½ cup oil daalty hi dhakna rakh kar cover kar ke 15min ke liye rakh dain ta ke smoke bahar na ja sakhy..15 min k baad jo oil hum nay koyalay pe dala tha wo chawalon pe spread kardain
.ap ka whole chicken smoked pilao serving ke liye tiyaar hai.
