Ingredients:

  • Elbow macaroni boiled 1 cup
  • Potato cubes & boiled ¼ cup
  • Bundi ¼ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala as required
  • Papri 1 to 2
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Method:
In a bowl mix yogurt and sugar , now add macaroni, potatoes and soaked bondi , lastly add chat masala , papri and coriander and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 750gm
  • Rice 500gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 medium
  • Black current 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion for garnish
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and green chili paste, now add chicken with bone and fry well . then add water , salt , chicken powder , cumin and white pepper . when chicken gets tender then add black currant and simmer for 20 min , lastly add fried onion and coriander and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Black lentil 1 cup (boiled)
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter 3 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1 medium
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

Ingredients to assemble:

  • Paratha dough as required
  • Cooked lentil as required
  • Clarified butter for frying
  • Unsalted butter for frying
  • Cream for serving

Method:
For dough in a mixing bowl add flour, salt and clarified butter and kneed well , now in a frying pan add clarified butter and butter , sauté garlic paste , now add red chili powder , tomatoes and roast well . now add black lentil and cook, then add dried fenugreek and mix well , now balls of the dough and roll then add lentil paste . lastly deep fry and serve .
