Here is yet another fanny dinner recipe of perfectly grilled chicken with colorful veggies and rich black pepper sauce.
Ingredients for chicken:
- Flattened chicken breasts 2
- Butter 2 ounce
- Oil as required
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Pepper sauce as per choice
- Water 2 tbsp
- Boiled mix vegetables to serve
Ingredients for pepper sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Pineapple slices 2
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Boiled button red chilies 3
- Water 1 tbsp
Method for chicken:
- Heat butter in a fry pan, add garlic and rosemary.
- Then add chicken, pan fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add in the seasonings with ¼ cup water and cook it till it’s done.
- Remove in a platter and leave it.
For the pepper sauce:
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Add the blended sauce to the same pan in which you cooked the chicken.
- Simmer for 2-3mins and pour sauce over cooked chicken.
- Serve with boiled vegetables.
