Ingredients:

  • Flaked coconuts 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 8 ounce
  • Whipped cream 8 ounce
  • Pineapple crushed 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 4 tbsp
  • Pineapple essence few drops
  • Yellow color few drops
  • Coconut milk ¼ cup
  • Banana jelly dissolved 1 packet

 

Method:

Dissolve banana jelly in 1 cup water and pour in shot glasses, leave them to set, beat cream cheese, caster sugar and pineapple essence until fluffy, mix in pineapple puree, flaked coconut, gently fold in whipped cream, coconut milk and color, pour on top of the set jelly and leave the mouse to set, decorate with swirls of cream, pineapple chunks and cherries.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices rolled 12
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Oil to brush

Ingredients for chaat :

  • Chick peas boiled 1 cup
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Boiled potatoes cut in cubes 1
  • Tamarind chutney ½ cup
  • Green chutney ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Tomato cut into cubes 1

Method:

Roll bread slices thin, put in a greased round bowl, sticking bread slices with beaten egg, brush bread slices with oil, bake for 15 mins till light golden, remove from bowl and cool, make chat with all the given ingredients, fill this mixture in bread bowl, top with chatnis, sprinkle with sev, coriander leaves, serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boiled 1 kg
  • Chicken tikka masala 1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups

Other ingredients:

  • Boiled macaroni 1 ½ cup
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1
  • Green onion chopped 4 tbsp
  • Eggs beaten 2

Ingredients for cheese sauce:

  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Flour 3 ounce
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Water 1 ½ cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup grated

Method:
Boil chicken with chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and 2 cups water till tender and water dries, make cheese sauce by cooking all together till thick, add in boiled macaroni, veggies and boiled chicken, mix well. Pour in a large pyrex dish, spread with grated cheese, then top with 2 beaten eggs, top with crushed red pepper, bake for ½ hour on 180 d, serve immediately.
