Ingredients:

  • Sweet Paste Dough 250 gms
  • Pineapple Rings 250 gms
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Sugar 50 gms
  • Pineapple Custard Powder 3 tbsp
  • Cherries few
  • Ingredients for Agar Mix
  • Water 250 ml
  • Sugar 10 gms
  • Agar 2 gms

 

Method:
Make tart base from sweet paste, roll sweet paste and spread it on tart pie plate.
Mix all ingredients of agar mix and leave it for 10 minutes.
Now to this mixture add milk , sugar and pineapple custard.
Pour this mixture on the tart base and place on pineapple rings
Now bake it for 25-30 min on 180 degree .

Ingredients:

  • Puff paste ½ kg
  • Seekh kabab 1 packet
  • Whisked egg 1

Method:
Roll out the puff paste and cut into the seekh kabab size .then place the seekh kabab and roll it .then brush the egg and bake 200 c at 15 minutes and serve .

Ingredients:

  • For the dough:
  • Refined flour 4 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread improver 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • For the chicken:
  • Chicken legs (boneless) 375 grams
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • For the sauce:
  • Tomato puree 1-1/2 cup
  • Fresh tomato chopped 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 small
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Basil ½ tsp
  • For the topping:
  • Black olive slice 4 tbsp
  • Capsicum slice 2
  • Tomato slice 2
  • Onion slice 1 large
  • Mushroom slice 1/3 cup
  • Sweet corn ¼ cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup
  • Sausages slice 2
  • Baking temperature 220 C
  • Baking time 25 to 30 minutes

Method:
• All dough ingredients well knead and covered it then keep aside then check with pinch and again cover it and leave for rise.
• Now in a pan heat oil add chicken and cook on high flame 6 to 8
• After this in pan heat oil add chicken and fry on high flame 8 to 10 minutes then remove and cool it.
• For the sauce heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic fry in 1 minute. Then all sauce ingredients fry for 1 minute and add 4 cup of water and cook till than boil then flame slow and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Then these sauces grind it and keep a side and roll the dough and cover it and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
• After this on top spread the pizza sauce and bake for 4 to 5 minutes then cheese and chicken add and bake 15 to 20 minutes then remove and serve.
