  • Tikka boti ½ packet
  • Bread slices 12
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum very finely chopped 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Melted butter as required



Roll bread slices thinly and remove edges, put pizza sauce, boti, cheese, oregano, capsicum, roll tightly then dip in melted butter, coat in bread crumbs, deep fry till light golden.


  • Chicken 1 kg (16 pieces)
  • Oil 1 ½ cup
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Chickpeas boiled 250gm
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin crushed 2 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp



Heat oil in a wok, deep fry chicken for 10 mins till light golden, remove 1 cup oil in the balance ½ cup oil, leave the chicken in it, add coarsely chopped ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, boiled chana, salt, all the dry spices, yogurt, fry well, add cream and fry. Lastly add remaining ½ cup oil in which we fried chicken, garnish with ginger julienne, green chilies and coriander leaves.


  • Butter 200 gm softened
  • Sugar 180 gm
  • Egg 1 ½
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Flour 2 ½ cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp leveled
  • Biscuits finely crushed 6
  • Biscuit spread 4-5 tbsp



In a bowl beat butter and sugar nicely, add in 1 ½ egg, vanilla essence, add in milk powder, corn flour, mix well using your hands, start adding in maida gradually with 1 tsp baking powder, mix using hands, also add in 6 lotus biscuits crushed finely, mix well, make round balls, flatten a little bit, make a whole using your finger in the center, put in a greased baking tray, bake it on 180 d for 10-12 mins, remove on a cooling rack, fill lotus spread in a piping bag and start filling in each nan khatai in a middle hole, once filled, add some crumbled biscuits on top.
