Ingredients for crust:

  • Potatoes (grated) 500gm
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

For Topping:

  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters) 4-5
  • Dried basil 1tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Pepperoni slices 1cup

For Garnish:

  • Potato Grills Cheese as required
  • Tomato Ketchup as required

 

Method:
Preheat oven to 220C.
Transfer the potatoes into a kitchen towel and squeeze as much liquid as you possible can. Place the potatoes into a large bowl. Add cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Spread the potato mixture into the prepared baking pizza dish and form into a circle. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly golden on the edges. Remove from the oven and top the potato crust with Mozzarella cheese, your favorite pepperoni slices, dried basil and oregano and tomatoes. Bake for 10-15 minutes more until cheese is melted. Lastly garnish with potato grill cheese and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chili paste 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup

 

Method:
Make deep cuts on the whole chicken. Then take a large bowl, add all ingredients and whole chicken. Marinate it well with the mixture and refrigerate for about 4 hours. Now in a pan add marinated whole chicken and cook on a medium flame until oil gets separated. Then place whole chicken in a serving dish, pour gravy on it and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Peach sparkling soda 1cup
  • Ginger beverage 1cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Ice as required

 

METHOD:
Take two serving glass half full of ice. Add peach soda with ginger beverage and lemon juice. Stir contents to combine. Add additional ice, if necessary. Serve.
