  • Prawns 500 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds grinded ½ tsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp heaped
  • Flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
  • Chat masala as required
  • Oil for frying


Marinate prawns with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, mix all the flours together and add to the prawns, mix well, deep fry golden. Lastly sprinkle chat masala, serve hot.


(Grind all together without water)

  • Garlic (chopped) 10 cloves
  • Ginger sliced 2 inch pieces
  • Green chilies (chopped) 6
  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Tomato (chopped) 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Pearl millet flour 6 tbsp
  • Wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped spring onion 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) ½ cup
  • Mint leaves (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Oil as required
  • Hotdog buns to serve
  • Green chutney as required


Grind the above masala well, add to mince with all the rest, mix well, leave to marinate for half an hour, deep fry small balls like bhajia. If the kebabs are breaking, add a few spoons of pearl millet flour, serve the kebabs hot in between hotdog buns with chutney and salad.


  • Chicken (karahi piece) 1 kg
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Red color a pinch
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 15 grounded
  • Melon seeds 2 tbsp grounded
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup ¾ cup

For The Pasta:

  • Pasta (boiled) 1 packet
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp heaped
  • Parsley as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp



Give cuts on chicken, marinate with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, allspice, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, white pepper, tandoori masala and color, marinate for half an hour. Heat oil in a wok, add grounded cashew nuts and melon seeds ground, cook for 2 mins till oil comes on top, add the marinated chicken with half cup water, cook for 15 mins until chicken is well cooked. Once the chicken is tender, add ketchup and leave it on dum.


Heat butter sauté garlic. Add boiled pasta and parsley. Fold it properly. Remove in a platter. Top with saucy chicken. Serve.
