Puff Pastry Mini Cakes | Dawat | Chef Abida Baloch

These mini cakes are made with layers of Puff Pastry Sheets and amazing toppings! They are easy to make and perfect for every fun occasion!

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 2 sheets
  • Softened butter ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Melted white chocolate ½ cup
  • Fruity decorations ½ cup
  • Sprinkles assorted ½ cup

 

Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 C. Now roll puff pastry lengthwise then spread butter and roll it. Cut roll in half lengthwise and roll down smooth part. Arrange rolled puff pastry in tray or muffin tray brush it with egg and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and let it cool down. Then dip it in chocolate add sprinkles and fruity decorations and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Julienned green capsicum1
  • Julienned red capsicum 1
  • Julienned carrot 1
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Green chili sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Green Onion as required

Method:
Saute garlic paste in oil then add vegetables and cook. Now add boiled noodles, sauces and saute them. Mix and serve.
