Ingredients:

  • Warm Milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Yeast 2 ¼ tsp
  • Sugar ¼ cup (50 g)
  • Raisin 1 cup
  • Flour 3 ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Butter ¼ cup (unsalted)
  • Egg yolk
  • Milk 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Take a large bowl add warm milk, egg, yeast and sugar mix well with whisk and set aside.
Add flour and salt mix with spatula and make a dough and rest for 10 minutes and cover.
Now add butter and knead on flour dusted kitchen counter for 10 minutes.
Until soft.
Place in the oiled bowl.
Cover for 1 hour until double in size
Press the dough and put on counter and incorporate the raisins. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
Divide into 3 and flatten each.
Fill with raisin and roll. Do the same with others also.
Make a braid
Place in 7×4” loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Cover for 30 to 35 minutes until double in size.
Brush with egg wash: egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk.
Bake on 180 c for 30 to 35 minutes ( bottom heat ).
Freshly baked bread is ready

Ingredients:

  • Mutton boiled ½ kg
  • Onions chopped 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Potatoes cubes 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes chopped ½ kg
  • Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Whole spices as required
  • ( cinnamon 1 stick, Black pepper 1 tsp, Bay leave 2, cloves 1 tsp,)
  • Oil half cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Green chilies 5
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Method:
Take a large wok add oil, add whole spices, fry for a 30 seconds on medium heat add meat, onions and add ginger garlic powder, tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, all the ingredients and except yogurt and cook for 3 minutes until oil is oozing out now add yogurt, potatoes and add 1 cup of water and cook for an hour on medium heat
When meat is tender add mator 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 20 minutes add green chilies and coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
Serve hot with Naan.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cheese balls half pack
  • Cucumber cubes 1 cup
  • Carrots cubes 1 cup
  • Tomatoes cubes ½ cup
  • Onions cubes ½ cup
  • Chick peas ½ cup

For Dressing:

  • Vinegar ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method:
Fry the chicken cheese balls and set aside
Cut the vegetables and mix in the large bowl.
Take a bowl add the dressing seasoning and mix
Add in the salad mix well and serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry Jello 1 3oz package
  • Strawberries (optional) 1 cup sliced
  • thawed Cool Whip whipped topping 1 cup

 

Method:

Prepare Jello-o according to package directions. Set aside 1/3 cup.
Add fruit to remaining Jello-o and spoon into 4 to 5 dessert glasses. Chill glasses at an angle until jello is set (overnight is best) Fold whipped topping into remaining (1/3 cup) jello-o. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spoon topping mixture into glasses of set jello. Top with a dollop of Cool Whip, and garnish with fresh strawberries. Keep chilled until ready to serve Chill.
